Hi there... new to this forum. I guess I'm looking for some support/reassurance. My husband and I both have horrible seasonal allergies and of course so do our 2 boys (2 and 4). I also have asthma and have been extremely anxious my children will have it too. Its currently allergy season and both boys and swollen itchy eyes runny noses and the horrible allergy cough. I keep beating myself up about what I could have done more to help my kids have better gut health and fight off seasonal...
